Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9×13-inch glass baking dish or a large cast-iron skillet. In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and butter and stir to combine. Mix in the other ingredients and pour into the prepared pan.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Add garnish, if desired.
